Delete a SearchOps Account

SearchOps provides an in-application account deletion process.

Delete From the Application

  1. Sign into SearchOps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.
  5. Select Permanently Delete Account.

Deletion cannot be undone.

When You Cannot Sign In

Email info@redcybershield.com from the email address associated with the account.

Use the subject:

SearchOps Account Deletion Request

Include:

  • The account email address.
  • The sign-in provider used, such as Apple, Google, or email.
  • A statement that you want the SearchOps account permanently deleted.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership.

Information Deleted

Account deletion is designed to remove the account’s active:

  • Player profile.
  • Mission progress.
  • Scores and stars.
  • Search submissions and validation history.
  • Achievements.
  • Campaign entitlement association.
  • Account record.

Information That May Be Retained

Limited records may be retained where necessary for:

  • Payment, tax, accounting, or audit obligations.
  • Fraud, abuse, and security prevention.
  • Legal claims and dispute resolution.
  • Compliance with law.
  • Temporary backups maintained under service-provider retention cycles.

Retained information will be limited and protected.

Purchases and Refunds

Deleting an account:

  • Does not automatically refund a purchase.
  • Does not automatically cancel or reverse an Apple or Google transaction.
  • May prevent access to purchases associated with the deleted account.
  • Does not guarantee that a purchase can later be transferred to another account.

Processing

In-application deletion removes the account from active SearchOps systems promptly after confirmation.

Requests submitted by email are processed after identity verification and within the period required by applicable law.
