SearchOps Refund Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

SearchOps sells digital access that is delivered to a SearchOps account after a transaction is verified.

Apple Purchases

Apple processes purchases made through the Apple version of SearchOps.

Red Cyber Shield Corp cannot directly issue or guarantee a refund for a transaction billed by Apple.

To request an Apple refund, use Apple’s purchase-history and refund-request process. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law.

A refund, charge reversal, or entitlement revocation reported by Apple may remove access to paid SearchOps content.

Google Play Purchases

Google processes purchases made through a Google Play version of SearchOps.

Refund requests for Google Play transactions are governed by Google’s procedures and applicable law.

A refund or entitlement revocation reported by Google may remove access to paid SearchOps content.

Web Purchases Processed by Stripe

For purchases made on the SearchOps website or web application, submit a refund request to:

info@redcybershield.com

Include:

  • The SearchOps account email.
  • The Stripe checkout or payment identifier.
  • The purchase date.
  • The reason for the request.

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

We generally approve valid requests involving:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Unauthorized charges.
  • A technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.
  • A transaction that must be refunded under applicable law.

Because digital access is delivered immediately, completed purchases are otherwise final to the extent permitted by law, particularly after the paid content has been accessed or substantially used.

Approved web refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary and is outside Red Cyber Shield’s control.

Effect of a Refund

When a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or revoked:

  • The Full Analyst Campaign entitlement may be disabled.
  • Missions 4–10 may become locked.
  • Previously saved progress may remain associated with the account but may not be accessible without an active entitlement.
  • A refund does not automatically delete the SearchOps account.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
